First and foremost, I hope you and your loved ones are all well and doing their best at distancing themselves for the safety of all.
I want to let you know that we are open and still shipping. We are a small, family run business and are still, wrapping, packing and shipping. Nothing has changed with our operations.
Currently we are experiencing product shortages with our suppliers on the East Coast. All our East Coast suppliers have shut down their operations due to state mandated orders to shelter at home. These suppliers represent 80% of the products we carry, because of this, once we are sold out of a product from one our East Coast vendors we will not be able to reorder and do not know when we will be able to. In all honesty I do not see us getting any product from these particular vendors until mid to late fall 2020.
Products that are sold out, that we cannot order from a vendor, will state "SOLD OUT - Available Late Fall" in the "Availability" heading. All other products that we can source from one of our suppliers will have an actual date when expected, ex. "SOLD OUT - Available April 15th".
All orders are processed within 3 business days with most orders processed the same day. We are shipping via UPS Ground and USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. In regards to USPS our postal service picks up between 3PM & 5PM M-F and by 12PM on Sat. Keep in mind, although we are shipping with 2-3 day delivery the post office may delay deliveries which is out of our control.
